Digital Sapiens worked with by heART to refresh its social media presence, create content and lead its performance marketing. Our aim was to show the craftsmanship behind the products and make the collection easier to discover, whether someone was looking for something for a child’s room or a gift for a special occasion.
The brand
Based in Karditsa, Greece, by heART is a workshop that makes textile products by hand using natural materials. Its collection includes covers for children’s health record booklets, décor for nurseries and children’s rooms, christening favours, and gifts and accessories for babies and children.
A health record booklet cover is an everyday item. A piece of décor becomes part of a child’s first room. A christening favour is a keepsake from the day. Each product’s purpose gave us a different way to tell its story.
Our approach
We focused on the details people want to see when choosing a handmade item online. A close-up can show the texture of a fabric and the finishing details, while a photograph in a room can help someone picture how a piece of décor would look in their own home.
We also planned content around what people were looking for. A parent choosing something practical for their child has different questions from someone buying a gift for a newborn or selecting favours for a christening.

Content Creation
We developed concepts, wrote copy and shaped the visual direction for social posts. The presentation followed the product, from the fabric and finish of a booklet cover to the way a decorative piece looks in a room.
Performance Marketing
We planned digital campaigns to promote the brand and its products, aligning audience targeting and creative with each campaign objective. Some campaigns introduced by heART to new audiences, while others highlighted specific categories such as baby gifts and christening favours.
