Nuova Simonelli selected Digital Sapiens to support the digital promotion of its machines in Greece. The partnership brought together social media, Google advertising, content production and selected offline activities.
Our aim was to introduce the equipment and the expertise behind it to baristas, café owners and hospitality professionals, connecting machine features with everyday work behind the bar.
The brand
Founded in Italy in 1936, Nuova Simonelli develops espresso machines and equipment for coffee professionals. Technology, design and ease of use are central to its approach.
For communications in Greece, the task was to translate those qualities into content that addressed practical questions. How does a machine fit into the workflow? Which functions matter to a barista? What does a business owner need to understand when considering equipment?
Our approach
We focused on showing the machines in use. Technical information was connected with extraction, drink preparation and workflow, making the content relevant to people who use or select professional coffee equipment.
Photography highlighted product design and details, while video showed functions and preparation in motion. Advertising supported the content’s visibility among relevant professional audiences.

Social Media Marketing
We planned topics and developed social content that combined product presentation with information about functions and applications. Copy and formats were adapted to the needs of professional audiences.
Performance Marketing & Google Ads
We planned and delivered campaigns to promote the brand and its products. Targeting, messaging and creative reflected professional interest in espresso equipment and the priorities of each campaign.
Product Photography
We photographed the equipment, capturing both the overall design of the machines and their individual details.
Video Production
We produced videos presenting the products and their use, using movement and close-ups to show the equipment in operation.
Image Editing
We edited and adapted photography for organic posts and advertising, maintaining a consistent visual presence across formats.
